Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Low Coolant light, radiator tank, buick skylark

My Low Coolant light is staying on,my radiator is full of coolant.My car is not getting hot,but  I don't know if my fan motor is coming on and off.1995 Buick Skylark Sedan 4 Cilynder

Hello James,
I assume you have removed the cap, and actually looked inside the radiator, rather than just the coolant recovery tank?

There is a coolant level sensor, either in the radiator tank, or the coolant recovery tank, and if it is not submerged, it will turn the light on.
if it is submerged, it is either bad, or the wire is shorted or open somewhere.
Unplug it, and see what happens.
