Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 93 buick park ave, buick park ave, 1993 buick park ave

I have a 1993 buick park ave, well we just replaced the ecm on my buick and it ran good for about a week and then it started hesitating and it doesn't seem to want to pick up speed it may go 25 mph if im lucky could you help me out here!
