I need to find out what is wrong with the power window and I cannot figure out how to remove the inside door panel on the driver's door. Can you tell me how it comes off? It is a 1991 Buick Regal Custom 4 Door.

Hi Lon,
I immagine there are a few screws, like where the ends of the pull strap connect if it has one. The chrome covers should pop off.
Then there are probably some little plastic caps on holes that have screws in them.

Then there are a bunch of plastic pop in holders that need pried out, but if you just randomly start prying, you may break off some ears that don't pry. So look up in between the door and panel as you apply some pressure. If the item os round, and no place for a screw head through the panel, it will probably pry out.
Sometimes they pop loose from the panel, and sometimes they even break.
The door handle and arm rest will also need removed.
