While I was driving, the engine started running like crap all of a sudden. It felt like it was running on three cylinders. I got an orange "Check Engine" and orange "Trac Off" light on my dash. Engine oil and trany fluid are good, spark plugs and electrical connections are good.
What does "Trac Off" mean
What would cause this problem?
What to do?

I think Trac Off means traction control system, which is probably like an anti spin.
As for the engine, you could have developed a major vacuum leak. One way that can happen is the egr valve sticking open. But that is just a guess.
I would want to connect a scan tool and read the stored codes, and go from there.
Keep in mind that if you get a code for something like O2 sensor rich, it doesn't mean the O2 sensor is bad, so don't just replace it. It could be giving a correct reading.
