Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Parking Lights, printed circuit board, buick lesabre

I have a 1995 Buick LeSabre.  The Parking lights came on the other day and I can not get them to go off.  Have unpluged the parking switch and headlight light switch to no avail. Pulled the fuse controlling them to no avail.  Bought a lamp control module (printed circuit board) no avail. Can only kill parking lights by pulling battery cable.  What can I do next?

What mechanical work or ANY kind of work has been performed on the vehicle recently ?. As most problems that occur after a recent repair was made can be traced back to the area of where the repair was made as a wire connection came loose, Look around in the area where work was performed.

Does this vehicle have an ANTI-THEFT system ?
