Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 2004 Buick Century will not turn on., dashboard lights, exact diagnosis

Question
What would be the reason why my 2004 buick century does not turn on or crank? It was working the day before, I had just filled the tank with gas and drove it home. We had a diagnostic test done on it about 2 weeks ago and it read that we needed a tune-up and an oil change. The battery is working fine, the dashboard lights up and the radio starts to play but the car does not even crank, as if it were dead.

Answer
See if it will start in NEUTRAL instead of PARK.

Could be a starter problem, Ignition switch problem or a wiring problem from the ignition switch to the starter or a battery cable problem to the starter.

Without actually having access to the vehicle an exact diagnosis is most impossible.
