ABS and Traction lights stay On. The system does not appear to work the fuses check out OK but there is no power at the pump.?  The dealer and repair shop say it is the EBCM module ($1100.00) but I am suspicious of maybe no power issue?  There appears to be corrosion on the harnesses inside the car and under the hood (Canadian Car=Salt )Where is the EBCM Located and any wiring info would be apprieciated.
Answer -
Just so we get our terminology corwhat are you referring to as being the "PUMP" ?.

The ECBM (Electronic Brake Control Module is usually located in the firewall inside the engine compartment near the A/C-heater blower motor.

Are you getting ANY red or amber lights illuminating on the dash panel ?.

Were or ARE there any ABS codes displayed ?.

What mechanical work or ANY kind of work has been performed on the vehicle recently ?. As most problems that occur after a recent repair was made can be traced back to the area of where the repair was made as a wire connection may have come loose or a sensor may have been disturbed from it's bracket at the tires/wheels.

Look around in the area where work was performed..

let me know.

Many unknowns the car was purchased in this condition. By Pump I mean the ABS Traction Unit in the front corner of the Engine Bay Low Left.  As an additional note The Relay to the ABS/Trac unit Has 4 Pins On it 1=12volt 12ga. , 1=ABS Red wire 12 ga., 1= ground when key off, infinite when key on Red 14ga. 1=? reads .565 volts with key on Pink 22 ga..  Thes tests were done with a multimeter but no wiring diagrams.  I am going to find some so that I may check further.  (1995 buick Riviera 3.8 Supercharged ABS Traction Control)
