Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1994 Olds Cutless Ciera, fuel pump relay, convenience center

Question
I have a Olds Cutless Ciera sedan and need to replace the Fuel Pump Relay,  I have the part but don't have a owners manual.  I know where the relay box is under the hood but there are 5 relays that look exactly the same.  I don't know which one is the fuel pump relay. can you help me?

Answer
Hello Robert,
The cover of the convenience center should say which is which.
But you can just swap the identical relays to see if it corrects the problem, and what quits working when you remove one. Keep a finger on the relay you are checking while someone else turns the key to run, and you can usually feel it working.

Are you sure you need a fuel pump relay? There are other things that keep the fuel pump from working, like a fuse, loose connection, ECM, fuel pump itself, etc.
