Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: still having issues, low beams, carberator

Question
Thanks for your quick reply about my car not being able to be started in cold. Well a have not taken it to a mechanic yet but I will. The carb float is that the two metal pieces that lets the air in the carberator? I still have to keep jumping my car every day to start it. This problem just started as well. Also my low beam lights isn't working I can't find the proper ID fuses on the box. I don't know to buy a new fuse or bulb.
