Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Wont accelerate, fuel pressure regulator, coil pack

Question
87 olds calais, 2.5L, auto trans, idles OK,. Engine warms up and fan comes on when hot.
Tried ECM, MAP sensor, checked TPS, IAC, swapped coil pack with good one. no help. Could it be the throttle body injector? Seems to have a good spray pattern at idle.  Try to accelerate and it stalls.
What do you think it could be?  PS. the only code that sets is 34, which is the MAP sensor, which I replaced.
Thanks,
Eric

Answer
Hello Eric,
If the pattern looks good at idle, I doubt the throttle body is the problem.
Fuel pressure, like from a clogged filter could cause that.
TPS also, but you checked that.
I would get a gauge on the fuel rail, and make sure the pressure stays at 13PSI, or close.
Fuel pressure regulator might also be faulty.
