Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Ignition Fuse, fuse block, battery connection

Where do I look to find the Ignition fuse on my 1987 olds ninety eight V6 3.8 ? Is it hook up to one of those wires you mention (red or pink) ?

I would expect it to be in the fuse block, which is probably above the parking brake pedal.
But checking it at the distributor with a test light may be easier. It should be the largest wire plugging into the dist cap.
The ignition switch might be fed by a fusible link, that looks like a heavy wire spliced to another wire, from a battery source.
The link is at the battery voltage source end of the wire, like at the starter stud, or at the battery connection.
