Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1998 neon engine bucking, plymouth neon, blue smoke

Pete. I just purchased a 1998 plymouth neon (68,000 miles -1 owner) for my daughter. Test driving seemed fine. Got it home and while in park, I was reving it up and it stated to buck
and looked like it was blowing some smoke also.
Any thoughts

it sounds like if it is smoke white smoke is a gead gasket blue smoke is rings in motor and black smoke is fuel engt. system . it should be checked at a shop to see what is going on i belive the problem is in the engt. system would cause it to buck . please rate my serivice pete
