Hi, im Allen my parents bought a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 from my uncle but it is to fast for me right now and we need to know if we can get the performence chip and if you can how much it wouls slow the car down and is there anything else that you could do to slow the car down.

There is no way to slow that car down. Performance chips are just that. Performance. You could run with the brake on... J/K.  I suggest that you park it for now and get some wheel time, show your folks you are safe and responsible. That also means cleaning your room, helping out around the house, being on time, listen to your folks, get your grades up and just do the right thing. I'm not kidding. Parents, like myself, are not going to hand over 300 horses to a child. When they see you earn their trust, acting responsible and doing the right thing then they may ease into it. With that kind of horsepower comes twice that in responsiblity. Not only to yourself, but to others that ride with you and drive on the same road. Do the right thing. I wish I had that car, but my girlfriend says I am not responsible enough! Please, drive careful.
