Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Automatic Air System, sorry for the confusion, gymnist

Question
Yeah, I thought of that too.  But that did not work.  I was thinking there is a flap or accuator that may have gotten stuck or possibly a control unit for this.  What do you think?  Thanks, Jamie.

Question -
I have a 94' Olds 88 the is having heating problems.  Nothing is being blown out. I thought it might be the blower motor, so I replaced that and still nothing.  Except now I can hear the motor running with the key turned, but air is not being pushed out.  I tested all the relays and that didn't go anywhere.  Does not look like any fuses are blown.  Any suggestions?

Jamie
