Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 94 Regency Electric Windows, rear windows, electric windows

Question
Hi, I have a 1994 Olds Regency 98.  The front power windows do not work.  The passenger side does not work with either the main control on the driver's side or the individual switch on the passenger side.  The rear windows work fine from both the main control and the individual switches.

I did try replacing the switch on the driver's side, but that didn't make a difference.

You can hear the switch "click" when you press it, but there is no power.  I checked the fuses under the dash, they are fine.

Could it be the circuit breaker located next to the fire wall?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Cliff

Answer
HI CLIFF, IF YOU ARE SAYING NO POWER TO THE MOTOR MEANING YOU HAVE REMOVED THE PANEL AND CHECKED AT THE MOTOR.THEN YOU HAVE A HARNESS PROB.BUT IF YOU HAVEN,T AND YOU HEAR A CLICK OR BUMP WHEN YOU PRESS THE SWITCH.TRY AND PRESS THE SWITCH AT THE SAME TIME POUNDING ON THE CENTER OF THE DOOR PANEL.SOMETIMES MOTORS WILL JUST HANG UP IF IT WORKS MAY KEEP WORKING MAY NOT.MOST LIKELY BOTH MOTORS IN FRONT ARE BURNED OUT.ALL THE WINDOWS ARE POWERED FROM MASTER.MAKE SURE CONNECTIONS AT MOTOR AND SWITCH ARE GOOD.GOOD LUCK BILLYMAC PLEASE VOTE FOR ME
