Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1988 Buick Regal 2.8L V6..., electric door locks, low oil pressure

Question
Hi,
My car has a few problems I've been trying to fix. The electric door locks click, but don't work. I've checked the fuses, but no luck there. The dome light won't work either. The cig lighter doesn't work nor does the power antenae. All these have good fuses, relays etc, but no working. I've checked the obvious, fuses and units for power, but no luck. As for the power antenae, it may just be a bad power portion. The cig lighter nozzle is new, but the base isn't. The power locks, i don't know about them. Dome light is the same. Bulbs are good, but can't seem to figure it out because I know nothing about electrical. Also, my engine low oil pressure light goes on after long periods of idling. I change the oil frequently because of this, but do you think the engine is just getting tired? It has 160K miles on it. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Answer
HI MIKE THESE ELEC PROBS CAN BE WORKED OUT BUT.THE OIL PRESSURE PROB WILL KILL THE ENG FIRST YES MOST LIKELY YOUR ENG HAS A SHORT LIFE LEFT.THE CIG LIGHT,,YOU NEED 12 VOLTS AND A GROUND WIRE.IT WILL WORK.NOW THE DOME LIGHT.THIS IS POWERED BYE EITHER A SWITCH ON THE DASH OR YOUR HEADLIGHT SWITCH.YOU SHOULD HAVE 12 VOLTS WHEN YOU TURN SWITCH ON AT BACK OF LIGHT SWITCH.IF YOU DO RUN A WIRE FROM THERE TO YOUR DOME LIGHT ...THE DOOR LOCKS ARE UNHOOKED INSIDE THE PANEL REMOVE DOOR PANEL AND HOOK THEM BACK UP .IF THEY ARE CLICKING THEY ARE UNHOOKED.THE POWER ANTENNA IS POWERED WHEN YOU TURN THE RADIO ON.REMOVE RADIO TURN ON FIND A WIRE THAT POWERS WHEN RADIO IS TURNED ON AND RUN FROM THERE TO THE POWER ANTENNA .HOPE THIS HELPS PLEASE RATE MY HELP TY BILLYMAC
