Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: ECM problem, fusible links, bare wire

Question
I replaced a coolant fan relay and now the car will not start.  The first relay they sold me was wrong, but the plug missing went to an accessory part that I don't have.  The relay plug was poorly wired and all five leads had bare wire showing.  In the process of removing the old relay some wires may have crossed/touched.  All fuses and fusible links test out to be okay.  I get no Code 12 if I short the test plug and I also get no "Check Engine" light when I try to start the car.  The car cranks fine but sounds like its not firing.  I also have no hot leads going into the relay - one lead should be.  Is the ECM ruined?  Thanks.
Robert

Answer
Hello Robert,
I answered a similar question the other day, but didn't get the bare wire info. If a couple of them touched each other, there is no telling what could have been damaged in the ECM.
I assume you have checked the ECM fuse also?

You apparently are getting power to the ignition switch, but need to see if you are getting any to the ignition and ECM.
