Audio Systems: cd changer will not load now, chevy avalanche, avalanche z66

my 6 disc cd changer bose system that came with my 2004 Chevy avalanche z66 will not load any disc now. it was stuck with the changer full for about 2 months and when i tried today to unload the changer the cds came out whoo hoo and also when i tried to play some that was already in it played. ok i took them out but in the process disc 5 and 6 took a while to come out. now when i tried to load some new discs in it goes to initializing and will not load. please help.

there is something inside the cd player like a partial label from a cd
or any other object  

the radio needs to be service by a technician there are 5 delicate metal plates inside they need to pull them out remove what is in the way ans make sure they are all straight
