Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 98 Olds 88 Blower/Keyless entry, heater blower, work lol

Question
I bought a 1998 Olds 88 a few months ago and have developed a few issues, hopefully you can help.

1st, the heater blower works every so often.  Usually when the car has been sitting overnight, I can go out in the morning, start the car and the blower will come on and the high/low fan settings work just fine and heats wonderfully.  If I were to turn the vehicle off, let it sit for 10-15 minutes start the car again, the blower doesn't come on.  Sometime, after a few minutes it might and sometimes not at all.
Here is where it gets strange.  Earlier this week, my keyless entry FOB stopped working all together. No doors, horn or trunk....but....the fan came on every single time I tried it. Now, after a few days, the FOB still isn't working and the fan is up to it's old tricks again.  Sometimes on and sometimes off.  I was thinking a relay of some sort at first but then the issue with the keyless entry started happening.  Don't know if they're related or not.  Winter is approaching in North Dakota and it's nice to have heat, LOL.  Thank you in advance for any help!!
