Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 92 Buick Park Avenue Wont Restart, buick park avenue, auto parts store

My father has a 92 Buick Park Avenue with a V6 Engine. It will not restart after driving it for even 10 minutes. If he turns it off he will have to wait almost an hour before it will restart again. He has replaced the engine control computer. what else will cause this problem?
