Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: engine stalls at any time, cam sensor, buick century

Question
i have a 92 buick century with 3300 6 cyl. it runs perfect but will stall at any time.it will act as if you turned the key off.it may restart at once or it may take a few minutes,i can hear the fuel pump cycle after cranking for a second, dont believe its the fuel pump,if im on e-way when it stalls it will pick power back up usually.but normalaly i just pull over and keep cranking and it will restart within a few minutes and act completly normal im losing my mind.HELP

Answer
hi jay, no i don,t think you are loseing your mind,,lol atleast not from the car.this is a common prob with all vehicles.normally it is either cranksensor cam sensor or computer.i would suspect the cranksensor .since i regularly replace about 5 per week in simular cars with this prob.however i can,t see the car so i can,t guarantee .but would be my first suspect.please take a min to rate my help ty billymac
