Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: courtesy lights, 3800 engine, buick lesabre

I have a '93 Buick Lesabre with a 3800 engine.  My problem is my courtesy lights remain on even after car is turned off. [even after the 'delay' time] This caused my battery to run down.  I have temporally removed the relay to prevent discharge of battery but would like to repair to regain use of inside lights. I also should mention that the map light [on mirror] works ok.

hi jerry.well first check all door switches maybe one is damaged or stuck open.second.be sure switch to turn dome on and off is actually working properly.replace the relay you keep removeing .are all door handles working properly.if all is ok you most likely have a bad headlight switch,.good luck please take a moment of your time to rate my help ty billymac
