Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: repair, flasher, left turn

Hello Van,
I have a 1991 Olds 88. My left turn blinker does not blink.
The right one works fine, but the left on goes on, but does not blink in or out of the car.
The fuse seems ok, and the bulbs seem ok. somebody said it MIGHT be the "flasher"?
any thoughts?

Hi Loren,
It could be the flasher, which is quite cheap. But I would suspect that if you look closely, you will find there is a bulb out on the side that doesn't blink.
Compare it to the other side. There are two bulbs behind some of those lenses.
