1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme sl
When starting my car it starts then immediately dies, but then i put it into all 7 shifting postions a couple of times, it starts, it runs for a little while then dies. my service engine light is on i have replaced fuel pump and filter, ignition module,battery, cleaned out the EGR valve,checked for vacuum leaks.  I'm no mechanic i have been troubleshooting this problem from Haynes repair manual.  Please help me!! hi tom.congrats on a very theral job.you made it easy .the iac mtr is gone tom  idle air control is searching for the right idle and setting it too low.this is tested bye iac counts,which you would need a scanner to check but if you never have then replace it.good luck tom please a sec to rate my service ty billymac
