Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: fuses, master switch, switch one

Question
the fuse that runs my windows,and radio keeps blowing .i put a fuse in and it seems like it is going to work alright and then when i go to start the car again it is blown out.my car is a 2000 olds intrege.

hi frank.well frank if the only two things are wndws and radio.that makes it pretty easy but you have to be positive that is the only things effected and something you don,t use very often is not effected also.a quick check of all elec functions on your car should confirm this.so if only these two items are effected.disconnect one prob the radio will be the easiest.replace the fuse if it don,t blow the radio is causeing prob.if still blows hook radio back up.you have a master switch for your wndws.remove switch and unplug replace fuse an try again.if fuse don,t blow one of the wndw mtrs or switches is the culpritr.you will have to reconnect master switch and disconect each wndw switch one at a time until fuses stop blowingthat will be the one with the prob and if you have had one running slow that is a good place to start.now we use a circuit breaker for this test if not avail you can use fuses .hope this helps don,t forget to rate us  ty billymac
