Dear Sir;
How long do the original spark plug wires last? I have 88,000 miles on them. They look easy to replace.

Hello Joe,
A lot of surges of power go through a wire in 88,000 miles, so really, you have gotten your moneys worth out of them, but if it is running good, not missing, good gas mileage, etc, I wouldn't just run out and buy new ones.
But if you plan a tuneup soon, I would say get some new wires. They are still considered replacement items for a tune up.
