I HAVE A 1998 CUTLAS AND THE GAS PADEL IS ON THE FLOOR I WAS TOLD THE ASSECELARTION LINE IS BROKE 1. IS IT EASY TO INSTALL 2. CAN I DO IT BY MYSELF 3. IS THERE SOMETHING I COULD LOOK AT SO I CAN SEE HOW TO INSTALL IT 4. WHERE DO I LOOK AT UNDER THE CAR TO INTALL THE NEW LINE.

Hello Rikki,
If you can change a flat tire, and get the jack, handle, and tire back where they store, then you should be able to change the throttle cable.
Get the new cable, and then look under the hood to see where it goes.
The parts counter person may have some instructions, also.
A haynes manual might help.
You can also look at shop manuals in the public library, refference section.
