Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: turnsignals, turn signal flasher, emergency flasher

Hi,
I have a '92 Buick Century. The turnsignals only work sometimes. It seems like the wires are getting pinched off if the steering column. Any ideas?

Hi Patty,
The emergency flasher is located on the fuse block, by the left kick panel under the dash.
The turn signal flasher is different, and is in a clip mounted to the underside of the dash, where the steering column is supported by the dash, which is kinda above the drivers shins.
The reason for the clip, is to allow the driver to hear the clicking, and know the lights are blinking.
