Plymouth Repair: guages, plymouth sundance, volt ohm meter

Plymouth Sundance 1994 i realized i did not put this after i hit send my gauges on my dash for speed, heat, battery,and gas, will work for about 20
minutes, but then they start to be come more inaccurate and then they just stop
working completely. the speedometer drops straight to zero the heat jumps all
over the battery reads that it is off the charts and the gas is always 3/4 empty
even after i fill it up. this is not good i am 17 and go too fast already, but
now i cant really tell.

Hey Travis.

 If you have a volt/ohm meter and know how to use it I can help you narrow down the problem but it is looking like you need a cluster.  The most important thing to check is to make sure you have power and ground to the cluster but the only way you can do that is to remove the facia and expose the cluster.  Its a bit of work but if you are good with a meter I can guide you through the tests via email. waynehowie@rogers.com
