Pontiac Repair: heater..ac fan

My 2007 vibe heater fan runs then will stop..turn it off. Later turn on and works. Off and on. Replace the resistor on heater fan. Makes no noise works good when working

well with out seeing it's it's hard to say for sure but the fact that it cuts in and out it's either a loose connection or the motor it's self is cutting out due to heat once it cools down it starts to work again. when it cuts out if you tap on the blower motor will it come back on and run?
