Pontiac Repair: 07 grandprix, canister purge valve, rodent damage

Question
07 gp cranks but wont fire. Sat for 2 weeks battery died, tried to jump it, it would only crank over. Got a new batery, installed it cranks great but wont fire. Hooked obd2 scanner to it and got this, P0030-o2 cir, P0036-o2 cir, P0201-P0206-injector cir open, P0443-evao sys purge valve cir.Checked power at fuse block all mains and fuses are good and getting power but...#12-emissions,14-o2ssr,17-ETC,20-fuel inj,&24-elek ign. These fuses are good but have no power to them at the block. I tested these with the key in the run position. Checked for power before and after the fusible link at the starter and have power there. checked connections at battery. Connection are tight and no missing wires. all connections are made. Any ideas?

Answer
Hi there:

those codes are open ckt fualts. If the car sat for a while and now it will not start I would #1 think possably rodent damage maybe a mouse chewed though a wire or  harness??? You lost me at what you were testing? there is a powertrian relay in the underhood fuse block I'm pretty sure the powertrian relay controls the injetors and the canister purge valve on that car. find that relay in the fuse block and switch it with another like relay. the part # is stamped on the top of the relay swap it with one with the same # and try that. That is where I would start.
