How do you replace only the sunroof glass in a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire? I bought a replacement glass but need to know how to change it out.

Hi Phillip:

pretty easy open the sunshade and look up at the glass on the sides where the tracks are. there are 2 Torex screws I think T25?? on each side that attaches the glass to the tracks take out all 4 screws and then lift the glass up oan off the car. put the new on on and then you need to adjust it to the room. The glass should sit flush against the roof on the front Use a credit card across the roof line to the glass to adjust it and use the card as a straight edge. the back should be up just slightly maybe an 1/8". pretty easy job over all to do.
