Pontiac Repair: 99 grand am gt 3.4 v6, mass air flow sensor, mass air flow

My gfs grand am it wants to run but wont car sat 2 yrs and started driving3 months ago the fuel pump works good, I replaced the fuel regulator on the rail,bled the rail good pressure there, checked coils good arc, runs only if pedal is to the floor but not normal did the security check nothing there reset the computer thats good dont know what else to think of???

so this will only run if you hold your foot to the floor? dies it start and die right out? it could be a security issue whe you start it does the lamp stay on for security? if not then that is not the issue. have you check for fuel pressure this engine needs approx 50 psi to run. if it much less then say 45 it will run bad. Noe service engine soon lamp on? You have been riving this since it sat so it has fresh fuel in it not 2 year old gas? You may want to try to run it with the Mass air flow sensor disconnected and see how it runs. That sensor could be bad causing your issue if it runs okay but hesitates wiith it unplugged I would suspect a dirty or bad MAF sensor. that is where I would start looking...
