Pontiac Repair: Pontiac Vibe 03- Sunroof, pontiac vibe, inch gap

Question
The wife pulled the inside of the sunroof ahead of the sunroof while it was open.  Now the inside ceiling will shut but will not let the sunroof shut. its about a 2-3 inch gap.  It seems something toward the rear is blocking this operation from closing.  What can I do to get the sunroof to close completely?  Thanks

let me get this striaght the shade was pulled closed while the glass was not fully closed? If I under stand it correctly????? did you try to open the shade fullyand then close the glass? try to cycle it fully open then closed. I don't really under stand why it will not close all the way. doesn't makse sense..Unless fracing the sade all the way closed some hoe broke something off the sade and it go caught is the track and not allowing the glass to close.They are on seperate tracks but there are feet on the sade that open the sade at the same time the glass is opened bu that is on the front and should not effect the closing of the glass so I'm sort of stumped and with out seeing it it makes it even harder. good luck :-}
