QUESTION: When I turn the right turn signal on my emergency flashers come on.  The left turn signal works just fine.  How do I know if it is a fuse, or a front and/or back turn signal light?

when you make the left turn all the hazzards come on and start to flash? or just the left side? how about the indicator on the dash???

Well it is either the flasher module or the turn signal switch. If the switch feels funny when you make the turn that sets off the 4 way I would lean towards the switch in the steering column If not then I would lean towards the flasher module. It's a solid state part that looks like a relay. They are not like the old days with the tin canister flasher.
