is it an amber service engine soon lamp or a green service vehicle lamp?

you can stop by any of the big bopx auto parts stores and get the car scanned for codes for free once you know what codes are stored I may be able to help you. but untill you know what codes are stored it could be anything there are 100's of codes that can be stored in this car.
