Answer
Hey Milt:

those cars were noted for phantom stalling issues. First off the injetor resitance is a bit hi If memor serves me right anything over 12 Ohms is bad on those multec injetors But you may have resitance in your test leads and the engine may have been warm when you checked them? the PCM was noted for failures as well especialy if the last 4 Numbers in the part # were 7727. with the negine runnin use the handle of a screw driver and tap on the PCM case and see if it satlalls if so You found the problem. if indeed the ECM is bad and you need to replace it stay away from the Cardone brand. and laso when you replace it you need to relearn the idle. do a google search there is a long process to do this but before you do that clean the throttle body and the AIC motor. Tap test the MAF sensor as well. same thing with a screw driver if it stalls you found it. Sticking egr valves if this is a vacuum operated calve on it and not the 3 solenoid electric one snap the throttle and watch the pintel it should not move if it does that's bad. Last thing to look at is the main engine harness under the radiator it loops down on the passender side where it goes up to the PCM yank on the harness if it dies look for a ornage or red wire in that harness that has a break in it or it had a corrosion issue the wire will appear to have a bulge in it some where in that looped area. good luck :)
