Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): need a new engine please, shaft diameter, motor shaft

Hello, I am looking for a horizontal engine 8 hp or greater, It's for a mini bike and the measurement is 14" high and 19" long. I want to be able to mount a torque converter on it, Can you help? The engine that is on it now is a Chinese motor made by Hensim. It's a 4 stroke motor, shaft diameter is 3/4, sticks out from engine 3". Its a Baja mini bike 193cc.  There is not a type number or model number.

Have you tried ebay under the category- gasoline engines?  Does it have to be 8 hp and above?  I may know where you can fine some Hondas but they will be in the same size you have now.  Send me a private question with your location and I can guide you from there.  Another place to look is Harbor Freight..
