Pontiac Repair: water leaks, silicone caulk, pontiac vibe

Hello,

I have a 2003 Pontiac Vibe and it is leaking water on both the driver and passenger side of the front window, at the top.  When it rains, the water literally pours in and gets the seats wet.  There are rust spots on the outside top of the windshield.  Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi Tony:
to be fixed right the windshield needs to be removed and the body  repaired where it has rusted though and then the windshield reinstalled. A Band aid way to fix it may be to Lay a bead of silicone caulk around the the parameter of the glass in "hopes it seals it or slows it down" good luck :-}
