Answer
Hi Lisa:

does the A/C still work on this car? if so start the car and run the a/c and you need to check the power and ground going to the cooling fan. after the car has been running for a minute ot two the fan should turn on right away dur to the increased heat load from the a/c being on. if you have power and ground at the motor pjug the motor is bad. If not then you need to trace the loss of power or ground back it could be bad fan relay or an issue with the wiring inbetween the relay and the motor. with out seeing it it's hard to say what the issue is.
