Answer
Hi bryan:

The only thing you havn't tried is a Engine control module. the module controls trigger to the module. check the wiring between the pcm and the module the trigger wires are white and orange you should not have excessive resistance in either ckt. or an open. you need a service manual to find the excat wire locations in the engine control module but at module they are right next to each other. if you have no issue with either of them I would "guess" it's a engine control module. Problem with that is the module needs to be programmed to the car. the module is genaric and needs to be programmed to match the car. Any Gm dealer can do it or an ac Delco repair shop. good luck :)
