my heater only works on 5 i have changed the blower resister and the blower switch when i turn the blower switch from 0to5 it makes my daytime running lights shut off and on and my hud comes on and off some one said it was the ground controll moduler

More then likely you have a powr feed issue going on here. Either a bad battery power feed to the ignition switch. or a bad set of contact in the ignition switch. The extra load on the electrical system with the blower on HI makes the DRL's quit working. it's one or the other. if you have a bad power feed into the ignition switch Check the wire harness under the blower motor where the harness passes through the fire wall into the car. that harness gets water logged and the wires start to corrode. If you have good battery power into the switch but not out the ignition switch is bad. good luck :-}
