Pontiac Repair: 2002 Aztek, remote starter, aztek

My mother's battery on her 2002 Aztek has had to be replaced 4 years in a row and is dying again. It will take a jump but will die again in a week or so. I've used all different brands to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi John:

there has to be some sort of a draw in the truck. there is no way it should go through that many batteries. Are ther any aftermarket things added to this like a remote starter or an alarm? if so take that stuff off first and foremost. if not then your going to have to take it in and have someone check for a draw on the electrical system. you could have one of the on board modules that will not shut up when the key is off. good luck :)
