Pontiac Repair: L67 Swapped Lumina, ballast resistor, billowing smoke

the car is a 98 lumina with a 98 gtp engine...now the car doesn't starts, has fuel pressure from new fuel pump, coils, module and wires are also new, it scanned p0101 and p1635

Hi there.
Interesting swap job but there are a few things going on there. Why was it billowing smoke out the exhaust? That engine requires a 2 speed fuel pump. That "car" has just a 1 spped pump so the fuel pressure may have been too hi cuasing the smoke and maybe it fouled out the spark plugs?? That fule pump has a ballast resistor for the low speed pump and it runs full speed under boost. Start there You need a wiring diagram for a GTP and compair the fule pump diagarm to the 98 Lumina you have and start there.
