Pontiac Repair: overheating, head gaskets, fuse box

i have a 2000 grand am gt 3400. i have change thermostat, ect sensor,head gaskets, lower & upper intake gastets, spark plugs, coilpack, & check everything else related to it?

do the electric cooliong fan(S) run at all when this over heats? does the A/c still work on this car? If so when the a/c is on after about a minute or so the fan should come on if not take a look at the fuse first and then try swapping relays in the under hood fuse box with one of the same # that is stamped on the top and see if the fan runs then. If the fan runs I would next llok for an air flow issue if you live in the north east like I do there are a lot of cotton wood trees the polin gets stuck in between radiator and the condneser and it chokes down the air flow and the air flow is how the radiator transfers the heat away from the engine.
