Pontiac Repair: Bonneville heated seats, heater elements, pontiac bonneville

Hi,
i recently started to look into fixing my heated seats in my 02 pontiac bonneville. When i turn the switch on it almost immediately shuts off. I was told it has something to do with the heater elements? how would i buy the "elements" if that was the problem to fix it.

yes it needs a set of heater elements for the seat the new elements will stick directly on to the seat foam once you take the seat covers off the original equipment ones are sewen into the seat covers you just cut off the wire harness at the seat cover stick the new elements to the seats and attach the new harnesses together on the elements and then into the module under the seat.. pretty simple job once you get the seat out and the covers offf the seat. the kit includes all the heater elements for 1 seat. good luck :)
