My daughter tried to open her frozen sunroof and now it will not close and when you try to close it it is making a racket

Hi Angela:

Bad news if it's making noise and will not close it stripped out either the motor of the tracks for the window it's self. There is no cheap easy fix. The sun roof assmebly is serviced by it's self and is expensive. If she's lucky just the motor stripped out and it not that expensive. The roof tracks are not service seperatly they come as a complete assembly. Good luck And I hope it's the less expensive part that broke. Good luck :)
