Pontiac Repair: 2003 Grand Prix no HVAC, DIC, Daytime running lights, wire harness assembly, turn signal switch

Question
ok, I noticed that you guys have answered some questions regarding IGN Switches.  I believe mine is bad due to related symptoms on other questions.  My Question is where is the IGN switch relay located?  I want to be sure my problem is the switch and not the relay $90 part price difference!  Also do you have to take the whole steering column off to replace JUST the IGN switch?

Answer
more than likely your issue is not with the relay itself, they rarely go bad unless water as intruded them.  I believe you can remove the ignition switch without removing the column here is what i have found hope it helps
