ANSWER: Hi Andrew:
Does this have auto HVAC or manual control HVAC?
Chances are that is you have no power and ground to the motor the issue is with the blower motor control module which is a solid state control module that sends out a variable speed request to the blower motor. It' located in the bottom on the HVAC case next to the motor. 9 out of 10 times that's what goes wrong. This is a dealer only part as well.

Good Luck

QUESTION: Yes it is manual. And is it hard to replace? Thank you for your help

Answer
No it's pretty simple. once you take down the hush panel under the glove box it's right there. It' heat welded onto the HVAC box use either and exacto knife to carve the plastic away that hold it on or I like to use a small screw driver and a hammer and chip away GENTLY at the platic holding it on and you will need 2 samll sheet metal screws to attach it back on to the HVAC box. It has 1 electrical connctor on it and a harness from it to the motor I belive on the Manual HVAC control module. and a harness off it that goes to the motor. It's a 20 minute job tops!
