Pontiac Repair: 95 pontiac transport, pontiac transport, vacuum leak

why is my van idling so high in park and while it running....it's idling at 2500 rpm......i have changed the pcv valve and check all the vacum hoses,tps,maf and idle air....

has the battery gone dead recently? any service engine soon lamp on? does it idle fast in gear with your foot on the brake? Usually a fast isle is caused by a vacuum leak. other possable causes are a bad input sensor like a tp sensor or a MAP sensor. without the use of a scan tool It's hard to pinpoint the cause of this issue. If any service engine light is on that is where I would start. It will store a trouble code and from there you can try to pinpoint the problem. Mosy of the big box auto parts stores will scan a "a check engine light" for free.
